The Diercon KP02-05 is a composite-element variant of the KP02 series, combining a 0.1-micron membrane with an 80-litre activated carbon stage at approximately 500 ml/min flow in a 410-gram unit designed for emergency and professional field use. Like the KP02-02, the KP02-05 addresses both bacterial removal and taste improvement, making it suitable for emergency kits where water sources may include both natural surface water and treated-but-contaminated tap supplies.
